Over recent years we have developed particular expertise in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring and pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues at the early stages of a transaction which has proven to deliver real value to clients.

Core to our practice is advising clients in relation to the purchase and sale of their businesses, the acquisition of assets and the availability of any taxation reliefs in relation to same.  We also advise and represent corporate clients in relation to corporate restructuring or reorganisations.

Recent transactions include

  • Representing NYSE quoted company in successful acquisition of EU based group of companies located in Ireland, UK and Netherlands involving complex funding and other cross-border issues
  • Advising owner of renewable energy start up in relation to capital investment, shareholders agreements, licensing and patents for new Enterprise Ireland sponsored venture
  • Setting up entire scheme for acquisition, funding, development, construction, sales and leasing of 50,000 sqm of office development at the IFSC
