  • Advised owner of renewable energy start up in relation to capital investment, shareholders agreements and licensing and patents for new EI sponsored venture
  • Represented NYSE quoted company in successful acquisition of EU based group of companies located in Ireland, UK and Netherlands involving complex funding and other cross-border issues
  • Successfully obtained an order appointing a provisional liquidator to a distressed company and assisted in orchestrating seamless transfer of business assets to an unconnected third party
