- Assisting personal representatives in relation to the sale of estate property & distributing the net sale proceeds amongst those entitled according to the terms of a Will or the rules of intestacy
- Providing Affidavits of Foreign Law for personal representatives who may need to prove a Will in a jurisdiction outside Ireland
- Liaising closely with lawyers and professional advisers in other jurisdictions on behalf of personal representatives where the deceased left assets outside Ireland.
