She has acted on both sides regarding claims brought under Section 117 of the Succession Act, 1965. Furthermore, she has handled Wills being contested based on lack of Testamentary capacity.
Anne Marie has considerable experience in both the Circuit Court and High Court advising clients on contentious Probate matters, involving Promissory Estoppel/Trust claims. In particular, Anne Marie has a vast knowledge of handling Estates comprising agricultural farmland.
