Anne Marie has twenty-five years of experience in dealing with a vast variety of Probate litigation. Anne Marie provides pragmatic advice and legal services concerning Wills being challenged on the grounds of undue influence and/or failure to make proper provision for family members. She has acted on both sides regarding claims brought under Section 117 of the Succession Act, 1965. Furthermore, she has handled Wills being contested based on lack of Testamentary capacity.

Anne Marie has considerable experience in both the Circuit Court and High Court advising clients on contentious Probate matters, involving Promissory Estoppel/Trust claims. In particular, Anne Marie has a vast knowledge of handling Estates comprising agricultural farmland.

Anne Marie has attended many Mediations as a means of alternative dispute resolution.
