Deirdre is a Legal Executive and is highly experienced in the area of conveyancing having worked for over 20 years in the areas of private client, residential and commercial property. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Deirdre was part of the busy real estate team in ByrneWallace Solicitors LLP for 14 years where she dealt with all aspects of private client conveyancing, new home sales, receiver sales and commercial real estate transactions.
Deirdre delivers friendly, pragmatic advice and guidance to our conveyancing clients on a day to day basis.

- Managing large scale projects including title reviews, bulk acquisitions , and new home sales.
- Drafting or reviewing documentation, to include contracts, building agreements, deeds of assurance, licences, wayleaves, covenants, requisitions on title, releases/discharges.
- Issuing title reports to clients.
- Assisting in setting up scheme documents for new homes developments and managing individual unit sales within a development.
- Liaising with clients, third party Solicitors , Architects, Engineers, Surveyors , Local Authorities and Banks on a daily basis.
- Carrying out Land Registry and Registry of Deeds searches.
- Submitting Registration applications to Tailte Eireann.
- Preparing complex monthly financial reports for clients.
- Liaising with the risk and quality department/representative with any concerns which may arise.
- Billing and all administrative work surrounding files.
