Mark has extensive experience in the re-financing / mortgaging area and has assisted multiple clients through a refinancing and securitisation process in respect of property transactions.

Led a number of strong tenders which resulted in my previous firm winning contracts with two state / semi state agencies.

Very experienced in the areas of carrying out a full title review on properties. Mark is sufficiently experienced to be able to review individual property-specific details when a property is included in a Master Contract to identify any discrepancies between the legal due diligence findings and the terms outlined in the Master Contract.

I am also very familiar with the review of replies provided by the vendor(s) legal advisors and updating clients as to the responses obtained as necessary.

I understand how to isolate what the key issues are in relation any property, and of the need to set out issues which adversely affect the property.
