Anne Marie qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She is a conveyancing solicitor with extensive experience in commercial and residential property.

Anne Marie advises our clients on all aspects of the sale, purchase, leasing, development and finance of property. She has acted for leading property developers in the purchase and sale of various residential, commercial and mix use units. She has drafted scheme documentation for developments including management company implementation and has also advised on related issues such as planning and development, indemnities and warranties.

Anne Marie has acted for clients purchasing and selling commercial properties to include public houses and she also has a particular interest and expertise in Licensing Law.

Anne Marie has considerable experience in drafting and negotiating commercial Leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Anne Marie also volunteered with FLAC for a number of years.

Drafting commercial and residential leases, raising and replying to pre-lease enquiries, attending at three-way closings and dealing with all stamping and registration requirements

Leading and managing a team in advising a telecommunications company through their site acquisition process, negotiating commercial leases/licenses on their behalf and dealing with their instructing telecommunications company.
