About Mark Felton and His Legal Expertise
Mark Felton brings over three decades of legal experience, specialising in Mental Health Law, Mental Capacity Law, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Family Law, and Conveyancing. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1992, Mark has developed a reputation as a leading expert in mental health and capacity law, advocating for the rights of those subject to involuntary admission and vulnerable members of society.
He is an active member of several legal bodies, including the Law Society Mental Health and Capacity Task Force and the Irish Mental Health Lawyers Association, and holds a Master’s Degree in Law from University College Cork with a focus on mental health and disability law.
