Clare is a qualified Solicitor and Associate of the Irish Tax Institute (Chartered Tax Advisor). She also holds the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation.  She specialises in personal estate and tax planning, wills and succession, the administration of estates, enduring powers of attorney and trusts and trust matters. She has experience advising high net worth individuals on the protection of assets and transferring assets in a tax efficient manner, whether by gift or inheritance.

She advises private clients and their families on all matters relating to wills, trusts and probate.  She also advises Irish and international clients in the administration of estates and related taxation.  She can also advise executors and beneficiaries on a wide variety of matters, as they arise, including validity of Wills, capacity, legal right share, claims by children (Section 117 applications), second and subsequent grants of administration, among other areas.
